A student-led animal rights group did not encourage participation in criminal activity ahead of this spring’s attempted raid of Ridglan Farms, an investigator at UW-Madison found this week.
The case had garnered national attention, but ultimately ended with the university issuing a written reprimand for improperly posting a flyer. Jackson Ray, president of Animal Advocacy, told our News Producer Faye Parks that this outcome is a win for all student activists at the university.
