We had talked about in previous episodes that there hadn't been a ton of strategy so far this season. WELL, EVERYTHING CHANGED THIS EPISODE. One of our favorite Survivor moves, EVER! Plus some great challenges. But we got some all-time favorite players, and we're only 3 episodes in!

Recap of Australian Survivor: All Stars episode 3.
There's a lot of cookie talk in this episode, and we approve (especially Kyel). We start to learn more people's names and we have some more brutal challenges. Strap in!

Recap of Australian Survivor: All Stars episode 2.
Quarantine marches on and with no end in sight and no knowledge of when the next season of American Survivor is coming, we are switching gears to recap Australian Survivor: All Stars! This is our first season of AS we've watched and from the first episode, we feel like we're going to LOVE it. The cast of players is incredible and we already have so many nicknames: The Dennis System, DJ Jonah Hill, Wonder Woman, Mama Mia, Scoops-A-Hoy, El DeBarge, Beef Gyllenhaal, and more! Plus, the challenges are INTENSE. We are EXCITED.

Recap of Australian Survivor: All Stars episode 1.
A new offseason, a new Sparkling Conversation! Lauren and Kyel talk about their favorite summer beverages, like smoothies and Icees and snow cones and shaved ice and milkshakes (are those last 3 beverages?) and more. Also, Kyel's failed lemonade stand! It's a delightful chat for the not so delightful times we're going through right now. Grab a smoothie and listen!

The offseason continues! Who had the bright idea to do this episode? (It was Lauren, feel free to @ her). We look at the 2010 disaster, The Last Airbender film, and compare it to the incredible source material it neglected, the Avatar: The Last Airbender tv show. This episode is a hot mess, but hopefully a good time?

Happy offseason! We're starting it off in a wild place, with a discussion of the new film Scoob! It's Scooby Doo, but it involves a portal to hell and Simon Cowell. We'll leave it at that for now...

It's been a week, so we reflect on season 40. What we loved, what we didn't, and how awesome Jeff Probst is. There's a lot of just general nonsense, so basically a normal episode of WPF.

Reflection on Survivor season 40.
It's not hyperbole to say it: this is one of the best episodes of Survivor we've ever watched. It is definitely the best season finale. It's an amazing ending to an incredible season and we're grateful for being able to watch it at all. Long Live Probst!

Recap of Survivor season 40, episode 14.
We have been waiting for Michelle to pop off and she gives us (specifically Kyel and Chris) everything we've wanted all season. We can't believe this season is almost over. One episode left!

Okay, so Tony is on a tear. And we are loving it. But also, what is Michelle's game? And Sarah has beef, but does she? GOTTA LOVE THIS SEASON.
