It's the offseason for Survivor, so we're going back through some of our favorite seasons of Survivor, and making Kyel watch them for the first time. We start with the greatest season of them all, season 16, Micronesia. In this episode, we talk about everything that happens in the season before the merge, including Johnny Fairplay shenanigans, Parvati's flirting power, Penner's redemption, Kathy's complete and utter meltdown, and everything in between. This is a season like none other.

It's the offseason for Survivor and the offseason for WPF, but we still got that content! In today's bonus episode, Lauren and Kyel talk about their experience taking a survival course and Chris talks about the chicken tenders he ate instead of going to said survival course.

We took some space, and then came back to reflect on Edge of Extinction. What we thought about the winner, the season overall, how Extinction played out, all that jazz. And then we derail ourselves throughout, because this wouldn't be a WPF episode without that!

Edge of Extinction has a winner! You'd think that with the finale we'd be out of twists and turns, but we're not! Some shocking moments went down in what turned out to be a truly unforgettable finale. And we stayed up until 1 am to record this episode. So what are you waiting for?!

This season stated off rocky, but it's leading to a wild finish. Our boy Rick Burgundy is pulling out all the stops, and some players (cough Hipster Ariel cough Fried Pickles cough) are laying some big ol' gooseeggs. It's crazy there's only one episode left! WE'RE SO EXCITED.
