- We may not always think about it, but having and maintaining a sense of connection is one of the most vital elements to a meaningful and fulfilling life. Additionally, in most cases, when we feel disconnected it often leads to the sense that something is missing. Why is that? In this conversation we get into how connection relates to our journeys and the importance of going deeper with it in all that we do or get involved with. As a creative being part of our role in all we do is about being capable of developing a deep connection with what we value and care about. It's knowing when to disconnect from what is toxic to us as well. It all begins and ends with this one thing... connection.
