This is about getting down to what matters most so the rest that is going on is not a distraction. Everything has the potential to become overly complicated, difficult and overwhelming. In this talk, we look closer at what it means to identify and focus on the main thing. This is about identifying the foundations that hold everything up and being clear about what matters most so that what matters gets the most attention. Then we can build upon it effectively.
