The wisdom and guidance that would best serve you may be your own. So why don't we look inside for answers more often? Maybe we doubt ourselves. Maybe we convince ourselves we don't have the answers. But maybe looking to ourselves is exactly what we need to do.

There are words that many of us can have resistance to because at some point they were misused by someone else. There comes a point where we need to take them back and define a new relationship with them for ourselves. If they give us an access point to our higher self and our deeper wisdom we must be careful about disbanding them.
