Don’t hire a business coach if you need a life coach. The question is, what's the difference between the two? A business coach is great at helping companies to become (even) more successful and does not tend to address personal influences. As a coach, I guide not only the most successful entrepreneurs, directors and leaders, but also people 'without status' who have a winner mindset. These people often do not need a business coach in their lives. They need a life coach who takes their business and personal life to the next level.
Do you know any, 'successful people' who make a lot of money but are never there for their family, neglect their body and health or are so incredibly 'busy' that they don't see how unproductive and ineffective they are? Or is this describing yourself?

When it comes to coaching, do you mainly think of a sports coach or perhaps a singing coach? Has the idea ever occurred to you that YOU need a coach?
The answer to the question then, “Does everyone need a coach?” is simple: everyone… and no one.
Okay, maybe it isn't as simple as it sounds...
We can all play football without a football coach, sing without a singing coach, and swim without a swimming coach, so no one needs a coach.
"Keep doing what you do to get what you already have."
Let's be honest: do you know someone who is at the top and got there without a coach? Or someone who has been successful for their entire life yet has never had a coach? Not me! So my starting point is that everyone could use a coach. However, reality shows that many people feel that they don't need a coach. That's okay if you are satisfied with an average life.
Do you really want to be successful? Then you need a coach. Just look at the best footballers, singers, and swimmers. From their coaches, they learn to better master techniques and tactics, to use various pitches and the technique to swim faster and more effectively.
You too can become (more) personally and commercially successful with the help of a coach. A coach shows you why you do and don't do things. A coach enables you to see what things you are not doing yet, what you can do more of, and what you can better stop doing. What you have to take into account is that all coaches have their own way of coaching.

Unfortunately, I have to disappoint you. Within our society there is a system that ensures that we all stay within the box. Almost all of us are brought up within our social system of rules. It starts before you are born and it is continued in primary school. There you learn that you always have to raise your hand first if you want to say something. A little dreaming during class is not allowed, even though the most successful people in the world are the greatest dreamers. Fortunately, more and more schools are paying attention to personal development and the functioning of the mindset.
Of course such a system has many advantages, otherwise it wouldn't last. The big disadvantage, however, is that the system also ensures that we no longer think for ourselves. For example, we rarely wonder why tobacco and alcohol are still allowed, when we know that they are just as addictive as drugs. Many pharmacies have candy in the window, completely contradicting themselves! Speaking of health, do you ever wonder why so much money is spent in the pharmaceutical industry for drugs that only suppress symptoms but not solve the real problem? And do you ever think about the information you receive through various channels, is it true what you hear, see or read?

I see them popping up every day in my social media timeline, entrepreneurs who don't think. They blindly follow the advice of mentors and so-called gurus. Nothing wrong with that, but they often forget to take a critical look at what, why and how they do something. For example, they all use the same 'trick' in the field of online marketing. They create something to give away for free which is often of poor quality. Then they share even more worthless information with their 'potential lead' and end up spamming people with e-mails to sell their shit.
And now it is because many entrepreneurs don't think, they follow like sheep this technique called lead generation. It just never produces satisfied customers.
The people who make good money from this? These are the so-called marketing eras who show how many millions of euros they earn with fake reviews. I'm not even talking about dropshitting 'dropshipping'. This is the phenomenon in which wannabe entrepreneurs purchase their 'offer' from AliExpress and sell these products ten times more expensive through a webshop that they have set up via Shopify.
I admit, I used funnels myself, but I didn't sell crappy shit. In fact, my free product was so incredibly valuable that I created an ‘army' of people who wanted more valuable free stuff.
I have stopped that standard offer and I’ve gone left whereas many entrepreneurs / coaches go right. I left the group of docile entrepreneurs behind me at the beginning of this year. I focus on the very successful people who do not blindly fall into all kinds of marketing nonsense but also think for themselves.

You pay more attention to social media than to the tasks that contribute towards your goals. When your phone rings, you drop everything you're doing. You follow the news closely. You may enjoy doing these things, but it is very distracting. In this article, I'll show you how to resist the temptation of distraction, making you more productive and effective in your life.
Digital dementia
In my book 'How to become a game changer' I write as a no-nonsense coach about digital dementia. Digital dementia is about the human brain that has only a limited capacity. Think of it like a battery for your mobile phone. The more you use your mobile, the quicker it becomes empty, the same goes for your brain. Spending time in the morning on social media, checking the news, and other activities that don't make you more successful may seem efficient at the time of doing them but in fact, you immediately attack your brain’s capacity. Do this often enough during the day and before you know it your brain’s capacity is so low that you will not get the most important activities of the day done. This digital dementia awakens a monster in you, the monster called distraction.
Your brain craves 'simple shit'
One of my previous articles I recommend you read is titled simplicity instead of complexity. Don't make the mistake of thinking that simplicity and simple, carefree things are the same. Simplicity stands for smart, useful solutions. Simple, carefree things ...'simple shit' are things that are so simple, they are also useless. When your brain functions at a low capacity, there is immediately the temptation to find distraction. Cleaning your mailbox and mindless scrolling on social media then seem very useful…
But you know, that's an ego trip, that 'busy' feels good for your ego. Every notification, every message and phone call provide small dopamine hits, moments of happiness. The strategy of social media channels is based entirely on this. By continuously giving you hits, you keep scrolling, because you can no longer do without these dopamine hits and the attempted distraction is successful.
Get rid of ego tripping
If you want to take good care of your brain and take your productivity and effectiveness to the next level, put an end to that ego tripping immediately. Really, it’s easier than you think.
# 1 Create your own focus bubble
Just like everyone else, you have the 'seed of human genius'. Due to the lack of distraction you feed the elite brain or the 'seed of human genius'. Seed of human genius? When we are not distracted, our prefrontal cortex is turned off for a short time. The prefrontal cortex is involved in cognitive and emotional functions such as decision making, planning, social behaviour and impulse control. When the prefrontal cortex isn't working, we unlock our own brain pharmacy that takes care of transient hypofrontality, dopamine, serotonin, and our brain waves go from Beta, to Alpha, to Theta. You also experience this as the 'flow' where time seems to fly by.
Interesting, but what does all that mean?
You see, without distraction you have everything you need to get into the flow and to be able to work on your life's work to the maximum.

Have you ever noticed that many people prefer complex lives? They often opt for difficult solutions, even for very simple problems?
I am a no-nonsense coach and declare that all that complicated stuff really isn't necessary. I'll go as far as to say that making things complicated is typical of ego junkies who get bored easily. Are you one of these ego junkies? Calm the f *ck down and read on, you might learn something. Do you already believe in simplicity? Then you’ll gain new insights...
I have spoken to enough entrepreneurs and directors who have been in a vicious circle all their lives. I see that circle like a hamster wheel in which they have to keep running to keep it moving. They have good ideas, but they always think they need more information before they can implement them. A disadvantage of collecting more and more information is that they lose the overview, making things unnecessarily complex. They get stuck and don't apply anything they learn, read or hear and keep running because the wheel has to keep turning.
Do you recognize this analogy in yourself? When you want to stop running on that wheel, you simply have to stop thinking that you need more information before you start. Just go and do it!
If you start to apply this way of working, you will immediately see the positive effects.
Complicated Thinking Is For Ego Junkies
There’s nothing fun about simple things. There’s no challenge in simple matters. Things that are simple are not easily changed.
Do you think the above? Then you are a complicated ego junkie. Overcomplicating things is actually fear dressed up. Here are some other examples of 'how complicated do you want it to be?':
You’d rather have ten complicated marketing funnels with a negative ROI that nobody understands than one successful marketing funnel that leads to new customers.
Complicated things feel good. They take more time and that makes it interesting for the ego. If something takes more time and money, it must be better.
Too bad, that's all bullsh*t!
Think of the most amazing ideas such as:
Home delivery
The simplest things or simplest designs are often the most powerful and that is because simplicity BRINGS FOCUS WITH IT.
Brain Power
Your brain has a limited capacity. That limited capacity is often wasted in the morning on social media, WhatsApp, listening to the news and worrying about incoming emails. We also call this digital dementia (you can read more about this in my book 'That's how you become a game-changer').
By doing complicated work you get through your brain capacity faster. This makes you give up quickly because your brain can no longer take any more. The result is that you start looking for distractions because that’s the easy way out. Scrolling on social media, completing useless simple mindless activities and oh well, let's clean up the mailbox too. Great for your ego but at the end of the day you feel empty but you haven't done anything that really makes an impact.
Complexity = distraction = fearful people. Opting for simple solutions ensures focus. Suppose you spend ten minutes today thinking about a great idea or solution to a specific problem. Concentrate on a simple solution.
Found a simple solution?
Then work with it for an hour every morning. Keep focusing on that one thing and do it until you complete it.
Done?
Check whether your simple idea or solution actually delivers results.
Not? Optimize the solution until it works.
Not worked? Then it is time to simply develop a new idea or a new solution.

Several years ago, I chose to quit my online marketing agency. I went from earning a high of €30,000 a month to an average of €10,000 a month.
Why did I make this choice?
Put simply, I was no longer happy in life. Many successful entrepreneurs think that money makes them happy, but I can tell you from experience that money often doesn’t change anything. If your relationships aren’t good, they will remain shit, even with a lot of money. You always want more. You work long hours and often live an unhealthy life. This leads to reactions such as: ‘Dad’s always busy with work and never has time for me. When he’s not working he’s always tired’ or ‘She never has time to do anything, she is always working’.
My top income did not make me happy and so I decided to take a different path. I started to focus on coaching people towards personal and business growth and had to rebuild my business from scratch. So I went from a top income to almost nothing.
The switch was successful and before long I had a good number of customers again. But many of these customers didn’t have the commitment I demanded from them and this made me unhappy again. Time to make a radical choice for the second time. Now I only coach already successful people who know that there is always a higher level and who want to go for it one hundred percent. I no longer do free intake interviews, but ask for a deposit of €500. I go for measurable results, skip all the fluffy shit that is of no use to anyone and I, therefore, demand one hundred percent commitment. That means that not everyone will feel drawn to work with me and that’s a good thing. I don’t want everyone. I want the top 5% who want to want to go to the next level.
Are you among the 95 percent who rarely stick to agreements, always have an excuse for not having done something, or always point to others when you don’t achieve your goals? Then I am not the right coach for you. Are you willing to take leadership over your life and do whatever it takes? Then we are a match! If you answer the following questions honestly, you will immediately know how things are going.
If you mainly scored a ‘yes’ on the second options, then you look like the majority of my unsuccessful clients, also the 95 percent, whom I no longer coach.
The successful people are the people who don’t just talk but do. They know that there is always a higher level in their life. They measure the results of their efforts so that they do not waste time and money on useless activities and thus achieve their goals quickly.
The unsuccessful people are the people who always come up with great stories about what they want to achieve, but at the same time they also have the most interesting excuses when it doesn’t work, and that is often due to others. They say they work incredibly hard, but the quality of their actions is seriously below par, which means they spend a lot of precious hours and euros without achieving the desired results.
I made a conscious choice to focus on the five percent because they know how to play the game that is life. They keep their word and are inspired by others to step into that better version of themselves because they know that there’s never a ‘finish line’.
My clients are successful entrepreneurs, directors and leaders. They are honest and committed and thanks to my no-nonsense way of coaching they go faster from A to B. We set a goal, we make the goal measurable, they take immediate action, we make adjustments if necessary and as a no-nonsense coach, I keep them to their commitments day after day. What happens if they do not do this? Then they will hear from me. What if they complain? Then I hold up a mirror to show them their own childish behaviour. We’re going for a winners mindset and the right mindset to get all their shit in order. I am not your Dad or Mum or friend.
I am a no-nonsense coach who has only one goal: to achieve exceptionally productive and effective personal and business measurable results together with my clients in the shortest possible time.
I didn’t want to settle for a top income with clients who didn’t make me happy. How is that with you? Do you ever have doubts about the way your life is heading and endeavour to do things differently? Do you, like me, dare to make such a radical choice? Then know that it doesn’t matter who you are or where you are in life at the moment, you can also radically change your life and join the five percent.
Are you a successful man or woman or do you at least have a winners mindset? Then you can consider the following step:

What is biohacking?
Biohacking is so much more than drinking a smoothie, as the 'Instagram fit girls' would have you believe. Biohacking is about optimizing your performance, health and well-being. It uses science, technology and a deeper understanding of human physiology and nutrition. The powerful thinking behind biohacking is that taking good care of yourself is ultimately cheaper and more profitable than treating diseases.
The 'main areas' of biohacking
Biohacking has five main areas:
- Practice
- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Spirit
- Work
Applying biohacking in these five areas improves health, prolongs life, reduces stress, increases productivity, improves performance and improves sleep quality. Tackling all areas at once is not advised, because biohacking is not cheap but at the same time, it is.
Huh …, contradiction?
Biohacking requires an investment in money and time. This will not be "cheap" at first. However, the results you will achieve compared to what you will miss out on if you don't bio-hack will pay back your investments in biohacking. So in other words, It's worth it!
I explain it with an example. Suppose you don't sleep well. As a result, you miss focus during the day and your performance suffers. You also don't reach out to potential customers because you don't feel up to it. You lose hours, opportunities and ultimately - money. In addition, your lack of energy causes irritation. You take it out on your partner and you don't feel like working on your intimate relationship in the evening.
A solution
You can start improving your sleep quality by investing in various supplements. In addition, you can choose various technologies to help you to sleep better and to measure sleep quality. The total investment would approximately amount to € 5,500, which is initially not "that cheap".
However, you start to notice that these bio-hacking investments improve your sleep. The result is that you suddenly have much more energy during the day, you get more work done. You win new assignments because people feel good about you. In addition, your mood improves, so that your relationship with your partner is good again and you have enough energy in the evening for wild sex. Suddenly that "big investment" is a bargain, because sleeping well now makes 'life' much easier.
Although I am still a rookie in biohacking, I know that the way I perform now in my life would never have been possible without biohacking. Various improvements in my life include:
- more energy and focus;
- improved health;
- faster recovery after exercise and from diseases;
- a 400% increase in my sleep quality;
- sports achievements that used to take me 1.5 hours and now only fifteen minutes,
- improved productivity in the field of high-performance coaching & business coaching.

About Anthony Trucks
“Please tell my children who their father was” was the text message that 28 year old Anthony Trucks had written to send to his loved ones as he drove in search of rat poison one Saturday night.
Anthony Trucks had no idea who he was anymore as life had kicked him to the curb to the point where the emotional pain became physical pain was almost too much handle. Anthony just wanted it to stop. You have been there, right? (or maybe that’s where you are right now).
Anthony had been thrown many punches. He had lost his identity through so many life experiences and simply could not handle excessive amount of shifting around anymore. And that’s what it really is for all of us. Unexpected changes/transitions/shifts of our situation and identity in life that catch us off guard and stand to ruin everything. Stagnation and fear of change keep us stuck and slowly kills us inside because we lose ourselves and our happiness in the process.
Anthony started his life in foster care where he had 20 life shattering shifts. This shifts all started as early as three years old when Anthony and his three siblings entered into foster care. Anthony endured beatings, starvation, and forms of torture all before the age of six.
The atrocities turned into eight more years in foster care before Anthony was adopted into a poor all white family as the only black person, navigated his way through high school, sports, became a teen parent, married his high school sweetheart, found his biological father at 21, lost his first self-defining career to an injury, had twins at 25, went through a divorce, fully changed careers to a new venture, losing my adoptive mother and father, remarrying my ex-wife. So, a crazy “shift” goes on and on.
Hitting rock bottom, one is faced with a choice to die or make a change. Anthony found clarity eventually launching hope and eventually a burning passion in one’s life to FEEL more of every single day.

What is in your way to an extraordinary life?

Whatever it is, realize that you, I and all the other people in this world are walking around with the same three fears:
Fear of loss: You’re scared of losing the things that keep you comfortable, which is precisely the reason why people do not choose to change.
Fear of the choices towards your goal: You achieve a goal by making conscious choices. This means that you will sometimes have to make choices that are not fun or easy.
Fear of Not Going to Reach Your Goal: This fear gives you dozens of reasons not to get started with your plans. All negative beliefs emerge quickly and before you know it you close the laptop and keep doing what you always did.
These three universal fears come into play every time in a different way. If you can’t deal with these fears, you will always keep “playing the game” small. So ask yourself what keeps you small in your life. Release this block so that the energy can flow to create your extraordinary life.
After all, what’s the fun of having an average relationship, career, business, or health? A good business coach or high-performance coach can help you achieve an extraordinary life.
The system keeps you small
In the book, I am writing (send me an email if you are interested in this book), you can read about how the system keeps us small.
By the system, I mean, among other things, the society in which we live and how you are influenced from the moment you were in your mother’s womb. This continued in primary school and it never stops, because that influence is all around you.
How about the corona situation, for example? See how much the system has affected us by now telling us what we can and cannot do. And no, I am not breaking these rules, it just shows us how easily we conform to the rules of the system.
When you search David Icke on the internet, a lot of messages and videos come up. Icke shared a moving video about how he views the coronavirus. Strangely enough, his video was removed by YouTube. This also happened with Several interviews that David produced and the following is an interesting shot from one of his videos.
What I want to make clear with this is that there is a force over us that 99% of the world’s population unknowingly goes along with, but know that you have the choice to live an extraordinary life. And that’s not the life other people want you to lead. Don’t be slowed down by what other people say to you or rules imposed on you. It is your life and you choose how you want to live it.
No successful person in this world has played the game by the rules. Therefore break away from the system and make your own choices!
Break relationships with people who don’t encourage you
