Show appreciation through your words, your actions, and your consistency. Expressing gratefulness for your worth, the value of others, and then reflecting on how showing appreciation brightened the day for all. 

Understanding the emotions of others is not a weakness. It is an underrated strength that gets overlooked constantly. The ability to show and operate with empathy shows a level of emotional intelligence that enables you to connect with others on a deeper level. 

Have you ever been speaking and it appeared as though no one heard you? You don't have to speak louder. Change who you are speaking too. Some will have ears to hear while others will refuse the message. Speak boldly in your purpose as your audience hears you loud and clear.
