September 7, 2025 marked the 1 year anniversary of this audio blog/podcast. WOW! Excitement feels my head and my heart. What an amazing crown balancing journey!!

Life gives you many opportunities to stay prepared so that you dont have to get prepared. It was up to you if you took notes and referenced them as needed. You have what you need. Search your true self, and the lessons learned will all show back up.

A big challenge in life is making moves when uncertainty keeps knocking at your door. Open up the door, invite it in, and tell it to take several seats. Because what you are purposed to do, is going to get done. 

Do you believe you have purpose? YOU DO! Your life was and will always have purpose. Use your purpose to move beyond the pain. 

You can try to run away from your destiny but, it will always find you. It will show up in various things you do until you acknowledge it, own it, and execute the mission attached to it. 

Knowledge and stillness keep the crown from slipping. How you maintain your gems of wisdom determines the balance of your crown. Allow the stillness to create an environment for receiving clarity. 

Don't be afraid to turn the pages and experience what life has to offer you.

Turning the pages of what has been written is a reminder that you have been some places, learned some things, and there are aspirations to go other places.

How you use your thoughts is how you move moment by moment. Focus on positive thinking and your pursuit of happiness. Your thoughts of you matter. Think on what is good, lovely, kind, patient, joyful, and blessed.
