I am saying yes to intentional. Being deliberate in my pursuit of joy, peace, and balance. Executing purposefully in my talents, abilities, gifts, and skills. Not limiting myself in seeking out all that I desire for my life. Operating fully in the course of actions to obtain and maintain my next level of greatness. 

I am saying yes to what I do well. Appreciating all that I have learned over the years and applying that wisdom and knowledge to all that I do. Using that wisdom and knowledge to execute in greatness while helping others to reach their levels of greatness. I will not downplay what I do well as it is a reflection of who I truly am. 

I am saying yes to advocacy. Supporting the dreams, visions, missions, and goals of others who are trying their best to be positive, creating positive environments, and their beliefs in the greater good for all. The voice of reason, love, support, collaboration, and peace will always have my support. 

I am saying yes to b.e.e.e.-ing which is Building, Encouraging, Edifying, and Empowering myself first, then others, and then reflecting on those interactions daily. Knowing that as I build, encourage, edify, and empower me, that my ability to B.E.E.E. there for others will be easy to accomplish. Are you ready to B.E.E.E.?

I am saying yes to metamorphosis. The process of transformation from being set in my ways to embracing the refinement of me. Enjoying the seclusion while I learn, grow, and develop. Excited to reemerge, spread my wings, and begin to soar in my purpose. Will you allow a metamorphosis to take place in your life? 

I am saying yes to surviving. Making it through difficult moments. Overcoming mental hurdles and providing myself with grace. Living life on purpose, executing in my greatness, and giving my best to each day that is gifted to me. How will you celebrate surviving? 

I am saying yes to my audience. To those who enjoy my company and appreciate what I bring to their listening pleasure. My audience is unique to me and accepts me for who I am. Learn, know, and establish your audience and watch how you flourish. 

I am saying yes to collaboration. Actively, in partnership with others, to create greater good for all involved. Understanding the importance of teamwork and unity in growth and development to achieve unique desired results. What collaborations do you have in place? 

Celebrating 124 days of balance! Seems like yesterday when I started. I am glad that I am here. 

I am saying yes to agitation. The intentional abrasive learning process to help get me out of a stubborn mindset. The healthy discomfort to move beyond the easy level onto the intense level of my purpose. What agitation do you have in your life that you have been ignoring?
