The defendant says he fell for the plaintiff because she was goal-oriented, and he admits he’s the root of a lot of their problems. He insists his ex is suing him prematurely.

Then, The plaintiff says she was sexually abused as a child and had addiction issues, and now she’s suing a former friend for defamation. The defendant, a single mother of three, admits she was an alcoholic but has quit drinking. She’s countersuing for damaged property and emotional distress.
