Originally posted to YouTube on June 24, 2022, the news had broken at the time that we were getting yet another Lesnar/Reigns match. I finally discuss the pending match (at the time) and why I wasn't so keen on seeing the two men collide once again.
Finn Balor is a guy within WWE, where opinions can vary on the guy depending on how diehard the fan is when it comes to Finn Balor. I'm personally not a fan of the guy and finally unveil my reasons why.
This episode was originally posted 3 days after the previous episode, due to the news of Jeff Hardy getting a DUI coming to light. Hopefully, he's doing better now as this episode goes along.
Ryback has been one controversial person following CM Punk's remarks on him in late-2014 (along with Ryback's response to it) and how he acts on social media. Well, let's look back at the 4-year period where the Ryback character existed in WWE, so I'm not including his time as Skip Sheffield.
Vince McMahon has been a pretty odd person to have in charge of WWE due to his stances on things always flip-flopping, in terms of what IS and ISN'T acceptable on his programming. But he's also got this odd list of words that he didn't want mentioned on television and some boggle my mind.
Hell in a Cell has gone through changes over the years involving its design and rules (on some occasions), but a consistent issue has come about with this match type. A match type that used to end feuds has lost all meaning over the years since it became its own annual PPV.
The WWE Universal Championship hasn't been looked at favorably since its debut in SummerSlam 2016 due to its design and booking since its sudden creation. But I'm going to spin a positive light on how Roman Reigns' run has been the best overall compared to previous champions.
SummerSlam 2010 is an infamous night due to the booking of the finish for the Team WWE vs. Nexus match. Today's episode covers not only how the match concluded, but how it defied logic in general.
I have a lot of respect for Bret Hart as an in-ring competitor, but his attitude over the last few years has really left a sour taste due to his ongoing remarks on names like Goldberg and Eric Bischoff. Bret, it's time to move on from your issues already after 20+ years.
After Wrestlemania 14, the WWF/WWE changed their main championship's design after 10 years of using the Winged Eagle Belt until April 1, 2002. And of course, I'm covering the entire history of the belt during that 4-year period.
