By running up 70 floors of Renaissance, the tallest building in Detroit in 2006 and 2007 she helped raise funds for the Lung Association. Veera have authored a book called UNREPORTED. It is a guide for awareness of domestic abuse and a how-to get out of abusive situations. She has also finished a screenplay entitled Unreported that is based on her book. The name ‘Unreported’ comes from knowing that domestic abuse is an unreported crime.

Stella has also authored a series of concise but informative books for parents and teachers, and is currently completing her series Autism Decoded.  As a second generation educator and autism awareness expert, Stella wants to share her personal and professional experience and understanding of the autism spectrum and the many challenges that people with autism and their families face in their daily lives. Her goal is to develop resources that offer practical advice, insight and solutions to parents and teachers so that the child's life is enriched and supported and family life is enhanced.
