Colin Harmon is the owner & founder of 3fe coffee and the author of What I Know About Running Coffee Shops. Colin left his job in investment banking in 2008 to pursue a career in coffee, giving himself a year to see if he could make something of it. 13 years later he has one of the most successful and well known coffee shops in Ireland, Europe and maybe even the World with a worldwide recognised brand. Brendan Hyland is an Irish Swimmer, National Record holder and Tokyo 2020 Olympian. Brendan has a great work ethic and a fantastic personality full of passion and a fun approach to life.

Episode 10 is with myself, my first solo podcast. Last week I posted on LinkedIn and it got a lot of traction. This episode builds on that. I cover small perceived failures along my path, from 15 year old me to today. It's a short episode and I explain how those failures ultimately helped me on my path to where I am now. To me it's success, to some it isn't but that's the beauty. Success is our own definition.
