An Ancestral Reunion [Receiving Healing + Wisdom from Your Lineage]
[Meditation Duration: 27 minutes]
Journey into sacred space for a guided meditation unlike any other. This meditation offers a soul-gathering of wisdom, healing, and joyful remembrance.
Step beyond ordinary reality to connect with both:
✨ Genetic ancestors — those in your bloodline who have carried your lineage forward
✨ Spiritual ancestors — versions of you in other lifetimes, non-ordinary forms, and soul expressions
This sacred ceremony offers you the chance to:
🕯️ Receive guidance and healing from your unique ancestral collective
🎁 Exchange symbolic gifts with those who walk with you from beyond the veil
🔥 Celebrate with a joyful feast of dancing, music, and soul connection
💫 Leave with a deeper knowing: you are never alone on your path
Your guides, teachers, helping spirits—and your Highest Self—will hold you throughout.

Before you begin
- Prepare your space and ensure you will not be disturbed.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Use an eye cover, if preferred.
- Have a notebook/journal and pen ready.
- Optional: Prepare a question for your journey. It could be anything you’re grappling with at the moment.
- Note: It’s best not to ask a “When” question; in Non-ordinary Reality there is no “time” as we understand it.
- Write your question in your notebook or journal.
After the meditation
- Sit up slowly. Take a moment to return to Ordinary Reality.
- Write whatever you remember from your journey into your notebook/journal. Use all the senses!
- Consider how you might incorporate the offerings you received from the journey into your life, starting today.
Good luck, and blessings on your journey.
