What happens after the ego softens and we remember our connection to pure consciousness?
In Part II of The Rudderless Self meditation series, you’ll explore how to live with one foot in both worlds—fully human while rooted in the vast field of nondual awareness. This guided meditation helps you experience yourself as both the wave and the ocean: a unique individual expression and the infinite consciousness from which all experience arises.
Through deep relaxation, expanded awareness, and practical integration, you’ll practice returning to the eternal Self even during ordinary moments—conflict, self-doubt, or everyday responsibilities. This meditation supports spiritual awakening while helping you remain grounded in daily life.
Perfect for meditators exploring nonduality, pure consciousness, unity awareness, ego integration, and quantum field spirituality.
Best for:
• Experiencing unity consciousness while living daily life
• Integrating nondual awareness into relationships and work
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• Spiritual awakening and self-realization practices
• Developing awareness beyond the thinking mind

Before you begin
- Prepare your space and ensure you will not be disturbed.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Use an eye cover, if preferred.
- Have a notebook/journal and pen ready.
- Optional: Prepare a question for your journey. It could be anything you’re grappling with at the moment.
- Note: It’s best not to ask a “When” question; in Non-ordinary Reality there is no “time” as we understand it.
- Write your question in your notebook or journal.
After the meditation
- Sit up slowly. Take a moment to return to Ordinary Reality.
- Write whatever you remember from your journey into your notebook/journal. Use all the senses!
- Consider how you might incorporate the offerings you received from the journey into your life, starting today.
Good luck, and blessings on your journey.
