He has interviewed chefs, celebrities and great minds alike, including Ruth Reichl, Michael Jordan, and Paul Hawkin. In 2008 he co-founded, as editor, the quarterly regional magazine Edible Hudson Valley, which he ran for nearly a decade and covered food, history, and agriculture in eleven counties throughout the Hudson Valley.
