What we have all been living through since March 2020 is inseparable from Worldviews. Every single human being has their own Worldview. A Worldview is like a Tree: The Roots of the Tree are the Beliefs/Presuppositions/Assumptions- the Trunk of the Tree represent the Values- The Branches of the Tree represent the Behaviour and the Fruit of the Tree are the Consequences. Furthermore, every Worldview and interpretation of Realit has to be able to answer 4 key Questions: Where did the Universe come from? What is wrong with the World? What is the solution to what is wrong with the world? Finally, Where is History going-is history cyclical or linear? I believe that the one fundamental issue of our times is based on another key Question: What does it mean to be human? This question is inseparable from Worldviews.

The world has been Protesting for Freedom...from Tyranny and losing their basic rights. But what do people want Freedom to? What is Freedom? Is it freedom to a life of individualism, consumerism, materialism, hedonism, the 'good life'. People rightly defy Tyranny but why? What ideology allows for and affirms human dignity and gives room for authentic human flourishing? Does Leftism that is fundamentally Atheistic? Does free market Capitalism? Is the new economy data? Is this the new oil? Does the Digilisation of all of life allow for human dignity and flourishing? Jesus died to set us free....but how and why and Freedom to what?

The so called 'Progressivism' of the Left (the Western Establishment) is ironically 'Regressive' because it has no room for the Creator God so is Atheistic. The evolving deity of Atheism is humanity itself- thus the Globalist Totalitarian End Game has to change what it means to be human. Hence it needs to change Gender. It blurs all distinctions which are creational structures designed by God and thus a form of Neo-Paganism because of its rejection of the Gospel. 'Progressivism' then has to deconstruct humanity itself to pursue its own 'Utopia'...the merging of humans with machines in a Totalitarian Paganised Technocracy

The Leftism of the 80s became the Established and is morphing into Totalitarianism. It cannot provide a satisfactory answer to the question of 'What does it mean to be human' or Meaning because both Classical and Neo-Marxism needed Darwinism in the context of the Enlightenment to base its theory on. A new synthesis has emerged: In the policital and economic sphere: Technocracy and in the Social Sphere: Communitarianism (that integrates both the political Left and Right) Only Genesis 1v26-28 answers the Question: What does it mean to be Human- This is the battle today.

In this initial discussion with my friend, he discusses his background in Anarco-Punk movement and the Leftist politics of the early 80s. This provided a sense of identity, belonging and was a search for meaning. This was followed by the difficult terrain of Chuch culture which seemed to reflect the very establishment he had come from and took years to process. The Leftism of the early 80s for example has now become the establishment and is morphing into Totalitarianism...from the margins to mainstream to Big Brother. The underlying fundamental issues however were something all of us resonate with which is the search for meaning, identity and belonging.
