Denise York, part of Coffeyville's Reawakening group, stops by to fill us in on Coffeyville's entree in the HGTV's Home Town Takeover Competition.  She also shares some insight into other projects the group is working on.

Virgil Peck, former Kansas State Congressman and current Chair of the Montgomery County Republican Committee, stops by the studio to discuss how the Committee will be selecting a new Montgomery County Sheriff to fulfill former sheriff Bobby Dierks term this upcoming Thursday, January 23rd, at Montgomery County Mental Health on Main Street in Independence, KS, at 7:00 pm.  He also chats about the proposed medical expansion bill that our Kansas legislature is currently discussing.

Robert Box of Indy Brew Works joins us in the studio to fill us in on all the happenings of their new brewery in Independence, KS.  Indy Brew Works has world-trained certified master brewer Tim at the helm of the brewing process.  Robert walked us through a bit of their process, their offerings, and what they're working for in the future.

Tonight we chat about everything from the not-so-melting Glacier National Park in Montana to transgender issues, Gen-xers growing older but not letting go of those games to Chick fil A's wishy washy attitude in their giving, and the housing demolition in Coffeyville and it's possible effect on our economy.
