We have a bonus episode for you this week! We sat down to review the Marvel film, Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. We chat about the multiverse, Wanda’s villain arc, third eye problems, and our feelings on phase 4. Of course, we end with our VHS ratings!

“You were the chosen one!” In anticipation of the new Obi-Wan Kenobi tv series and joined by repeat guest Craig, we are here to discuss all things Star Wars. We start with the movie that began our Star Wars journey and breakdown our thoughts on each trilogy, the stand-alone films, and tv shows (5:15). Then we each rank our Top 5 across all Star Wars media (1:13:40). And as always, we end with our SOTW (1:15:54).

This week we wrap up a GREAT season of Survivor 42 by recapping the 3-hour finale! We share our thoughts on the final 5, where the final castaways went right and wrong and what we think of the winner! And a special congratulations to Kayla, the crowned winner of this season. Too bad all she wins is the glory! Thank you for following along with us this season and we will see you in the fall for season 43!

It’s time for a movie review episode and this week we are getting wEiRd! Our theme is all about weird movies and we each gave each other a film by the king of strange himself, Alex Garland. Justin brushes up on his biology and enters the shimmer with his review of Annihilation (6:33). Kayla ponders human consciousness, robot ethics, and Oscar Isaac’s dance moves with her review of Ex Machina (21:05). As always, we end with our SOTW!

“It’s time to break up.” This week on Survivor, our main theme is RESUME! It’s time to start crafting it and the castaways all have their pens out! Except for Romeo. We chat about Lindsay’s growing wins, Mike’s annoying turn, Jonathan’s lucky break, Omar’s overconfidence, and Maryanne’s episode of glory!

“That doesn’t happen to most people, and you have an annual count.” This week in Survivor we chat about Jonathan’s hangry state, Omar’s plotting, Drea’s major slip, and Lindsay’s risky decision. We also get into a very spirited debate on current castaway rankings and Kayla says goodbye to her favorite member of her team.

This week we are discussing season 4 of the hit tv show The Circle Ep 1-8 on Netflix (1:40) and the first two episodes of The Challenge All Stars 3 on Paramount+ (47:18). As always, we end with our SOTW (1:02:24).

Mother’s Day is coming up this Sunday and to celebrate, we invited our moms to the show! Joanne and Tammy join us on a special episode prerecorded on Kayla’s birthday. We ask our moms about the joys and pains of raising us before playing a mother and kids version of the Newlywed Game (21:26). As always, we end with our SOTW (55:39).
