Does Andy Believe that humans have been able to back engineer a UFO and currently have that technology?

My own thoughts are that it's folk seeing something that seems odd and instantly think it's Martians. If there was really something out there surely they would send small probes like we do? As for area 51, it's where they devise all the new planes, so probably that.

What about all these UFOs that appear from the sea? Has he researched any of these types of sightings?

Do you believe that at least some UFOs are extraterrestrial? Ever had a close encounter, if yes, ever been probed?
