Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Cubs smashed the Brewers 17-3.   It was so bad they go with a position player in the 7th inning. Any issues with the sanctity of the game when a position player comes to the mound in the 7th?  Cubs are now at 62 homers in the month of August their most in franchise history in a month, the most of any MLB team this season in a month, and just the 4th team in MLB history to hit 60+ homers in a calendar month, it's the second most in a single month of all time, and are the 4th team in the history of the game with multiple 8-HR games.

Brian Niznansky joins the program and after a little trouble in the middle school drop off line, we get to the forecast and it's HOT. The humidity is going to be brutal for the next few days. Some possible showers as Niz details, but what's the timeline? Plus, the Brewers got schlacked by the Cubs yesterday. Are we concerned?

President Trump is calling Iran a "failed nation" as the airstrikes have ramped up over the weekend. ABC News' White House Correspondent Karen Travers joins the show to break down the President's comments. So, what did we learn? Nothing new, but Karen details that this may indicate what the President's plan is coming up next as the war progresses.
