Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears Training Camp.   Kap & J. Hood discussed Ian Rapaport reported that Kyler Gordon is not with the Bears as he works with his own team to get healthy, with the hope that he will return to practice in a few weeks. This whole thing is just bizarre. The Bears trainers have proven themselves capable with Ozzy and others.

All of the bees! It’s been a wild late summer influx of bees and yellow jackets. Why? Moisture in the air? An explosion of rain after an extensive drought? A lot of questions, so we ask the Bug Man! Adam Hintzke joins the program to lend his expertise as to why everyone is getting inundated with these insects.

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Brewers seem to be Kryptonite for the Cubs, and now their lead in the Wild Card has gotten less than comfortable at 4 over San Diego, while they continue to trail Philly by a half game. Why aren't Cubs fans more outraged that this team continues to be a punching bag for their "little brother"? Beer bats got the fanbase at bay. They might not even get a home playoff game!
