She is a panelist at WURD Radio’s “Beats, Flows & Neo Soul: A Celebration of Black Music Month and The Philly Music Scene” next Thursday and joined Dr. Peterson to discuss the event.

Councilwoman Kendra Brooks and the Executive Director of the Philly Black Worker Project, Brittany Alston joined Dr. Peterson to discuss the passed City Council resolution to mark the 113th anniversary of a massive dock worker strike led by Black laborer Ben Fletcher here in Philadelphia, and to share Ben Fletcher's legacy, his efforts to fight for worker power and the All Due Respect campaign.

This expo was created to bring resources, organizations, opportunities, and support directly to the people who need them most. It will feature over 300 community support resources and non-profits.
