Yesterday, March 24th, artists, educators, and arts advocates headed to Harrisburg for Arts Advocacy Day — a push to secure increased investment in the arts from Pennsylvania lawmakers. The day concluded with a press conference at 3pm, which included remarks from Representative Joseph Ciresi, and a performance by the Philly Pops.

Under Principle Johnson’s leadership, Engineering and Science developed a robust Dual Enrollment Pathways program along with a STEM internship experience that has allowed over 375 students to attain college credits and/or real world experiences prior to graduation, has reported the highest 4-year graduation rates (100%) across the School District of Philadelphia during the 2022-2023 school year and was also recognized as one of the Best High Schools in the United States in 2023 by US News & World Report.
