Alright folks, we've made it to another week. As there are a few things collapsing around us as we're recording. Nothing crazy though. Stepping away from the echo chamber to find out we're supposed to be invaded by aliens as recording. We dive into the weekend's box office as Moana 2 has taken over for the top film. This leads Nate into a confusion of Venom and the multiverse of Spiderman and villains. We take a moment to look into the world of word games and other ways of testing your brain. This takes us to a long moment of Taken and Liam Neeson. The rabbit holes of conversation we find ourselves in. We do find our way into a bit of sports as the fantasy world of football is coming to an end this season. Hopefully everyone is staying safe out there.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone who is listening to us. Hopefully we can numb out some of the madness going on in the house at the moment. We try and take a moment to step away from the reality we're walking into at the moment. We dive into the turkey day festivities. Before going to the box office to see about the winner of Glick. After another week of madness we try and step back into the wheel house of the show. Random rabbit holes of conversations with little focus. We get into the forced merger of the Wicked and Gladiator II release. Take a moment to go into the Liam Payne funeral. The royals meet the cast of Gladiator II and there is a small issue with an actor. John Stamos is stirring up some drama. What was that accent? We should be making this more of a bit. The shock of last week still has a little residue, but we're trying to push through the madness. Nate wants to dive into the recent news of the newest sexiest man. We look at the run of celebrities chosen for the position. Somehow Patrick Dempsy leads us down a rabbit hole to Frankie Muniz and then NASCAR. We take a moment to look into axe throwing. We dive into some sports situations with the latest issue with Michael Strahan. We do have a little laugh over some recent postings for the newest cabinet. Soooo... we had an election. It's a hard look in the mirror at what happened for some. We try and rationalize things in a way where things can't be rationalized. We do eventually find our way out of election talk going in on some Star Wars and Football. But let's be honest the election has consumed us all going into the week. The count down to the madness of society is coming to an end. Whether we make it through the next couple of weeks will be entertaining. We take a moment to look into the recent rally in New York. Trying to hold things together for another couple weeks before the world comes to an end. In the meantime, we take a somber look at Liam Payne's passing and pink cocaine. Nate gives us a breakdown of his One Direction top 5 list. For some odd reason we dive into the condiment world. Who thinks that would be a useful talking point. We dive into the world of Diddy and the celebrities that might be going down in the process of his arrest. A bonus of throwing in the arrest former CEO of Abercrombie and Fitch. With the rest of the month be a lead in to the possible fall of society we've got some distraction for you this week, hopefully. The start of the show is why we should not leave Nate and Huw alone on the pod. Those two got into the randomness of sports teams and their names. We dive into the Cheeto and the recent townhall and rallies this past weekend. Who knew it was normal to dance in one place for 39 minutes. Nothing to see there as we dive into the prep for Halloween and the costumes that we need. Somehow we found ourselves going on about Taylor Swift costumes into Vanessa Carlton and Trent Reznor. Didn't see that path in our trajectory at the start of recording. Take an odd turn into celebrities and the idea of open marriages. It's all in all an odd one today. Seems like the weather talk got a little more serious as Helene has devastated part of the country. Milton is going to have hit Florida yesterday. We look at the VP debate the other week and all the frustrations that come with the next 30 days. We dive down the rabbit hole of Tik Tok and some other odd political trends. Call Her Daddy, seems to be the new podcast we need to check out. We have the joyful moment of talking about Elon at the Trump rally in Butler as well as an interview he was giving with Tucker Carlson. We also do the rare dive into a internet problem with influencer Jack Doherty. An the aged out moment with the 20 year anniversary of Sideways that leads us down a positive rabbit hole of the performers within the movie. Hopefully everyone is staying safe out there.

It wasn't the strongest streak for the living since we last recorded. We had the passing of Dikembe Mutombo, Kris Kristofferson, Pete Rose, Maggie Smith, and a few others in the last week. Even after recording, we saw Jon Amos passing away. It's been a week with more to come as the VP debate was around the corner—reactions to come next week with slight predictions here. Nate goes through a few stories of Kristofferson as well as one of the Jason Sudeikis which had us questioning fame. We dove into the grifter and cheese with his new watch hitting the market for a hefty price tag. Hopefully, everyone is staying safe out there, and check back next week.
