We come in hot trying to figure out the downfall of Woody Allen and his filmmaking. We're sure everyone will be excited about that kind of talk. There is a moment of car chases in films and we can only imagine where Nate ends up with his take. Huw dives into the treasure box he discovered in his father's closet. Nothing crazy with the gems but there were some drawings. Sam does find time in her crazy to catch us up on her situation. Hopefully everyone has a fun weekend as we enjoy this heatwave.

We've got a few things going on this week that have taken the world by storm. Trying to avoid certain news for one's sanity is a reasonable move that Nate is sticking by. We take a look back at the Live Aid lineups between Philadelphia and London. We dive into some of the issues from the hearings this week as well as the things going on over in London. Nate got to go out in the wild with a friend to catch a little baseball for the first time in 3 years. Hopefully everyone is having a good time this summer and staying safe out there.

The past week has been a bit heavy and dealing with the frustrations of society at the moment. We do dive more into the scenarios playing out this week in the world. While trying to keep the heavy things light there are moments of frustration on Huw's end. Nate does keep it cool and snaps him out as we go into the typical rabbit holes of nothingness and the less serious parts of life.

We're back! Huw has returned from his time in the windy city. Nate takes a moment to relive his time back there too as a few city issues are discussed. We try to keep things light as society collapse around us. Nate is on the hunt for a new sport while everything is on hiatus. We do dive into the investigation of January 6th. The typical rabbit holes take us from subject to subject as we weave down the world of our brains. Always a fun journey as you know. Hopefully, everyone is safe out there and enjoying their summers.

So... Britney Spears got married. Nate had a shocking amount of knowledge of what was going on there. We drop off some memories of places no one should go. Especially when it's a road trip with Nate and Sam. We go down the memories of going to a store to buy DVDs on a Tuesday and how those young people won't have that feeling. We talk about the newest biopic film coming to town soon. Leaving a little World Cup talk for the last bit of the show. It's a fun week where two-thirds of the crew are coming down with diseases. We have some fun with the McConaughey speech from the White House. We somehow find our way into the age difference between Laura Dern and Sam Neill in Jurassic Park as the newest installment is coming to theaters. There is the newest downfall of celebrity and Nate is on top of what is going on with Ezra Miller. There are the typical rabbit holes of conversation but the madness continues with the show.

This week we try and keep it light with some fun stories of lovers scorned getting out of court. Nate and Huw look to the weekend for the match between Ukraine and Wales is cranking up. Why would someone be dumb enough to go after BTS? Tucker's mentions must be on fire at the moment. Nate gives a quiet review of the Top Gun: Maverick that came out last week. Hopefully, everyone has a quiet weekend and enjoys a quiet one.

This week has not been the best. While I'm trying to come up with a description for this episode I can't get out of my head what happened over the last couple of days. Society has decided to challenge us as we've never seen. This show is about trying to distract from that seriousness the best we can. We do have our moments of breaking from cricket and other silly subjects to talk about what happened earlier this week. We try to get back into the mindless blog talk of the early 2000s to distract even ourselves. Hopefully, those who are listening give your loved ones a hug this week and tell them how you feel.

This week we take a moment to look into the issues of entry-level work. Who knew the show could get deep into certain controversies? Twitter issues seem to be popping up. We take a moment to look into the stock crash and how we know nothing about anything when it comes to the system. We know... fun stuff. The crew looks at actors who play horrible people that actually effects the way we look at them in real life. Nate lets us know that there is a new movie coming that should be interesting. As we do, the rabbit holes open as we dive down the conversation with no idea how we got there. We hope everyone is good and having a lovely week.

We've got to start off and apologize for this week's recording that sends us to monotone. Due to scheduling issues, we were able to re-record the episode and had to roll with our typical madness. Guessing this wouldn't be much of a show without the occasional gaffe on Huw's part. Otherwise, we look into the weight loss that comes with not drinking. How living a sober life with drunk people can be less entertaining at times. We dive into the political atmosphere with the small issues that are coming up recently. We do finish off the show with a fun little bit of sports talk but shockingly not brought up by either Huw or Nate. We hope everyone is being well out there.
