West Virginia Division of Highway's Engineering Division is doing something new to help young engineers adapt to the software used every day. Engineering Boot Camp, developed by Katie Hastings in WVDOH's Engineering Division, with the support of her supervisor RJ Scites, is one more step in bridging the gap between the need for engineering know-how and a rewarding career for those who are ready to step up.
