Hurricane Melissa is grinding across eastern Cuba as a Category 2 storm after pummeling Jamaica as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record. Halloween is coming on Friday, and your dog or cat may love it or hate it. That's according to Dr. Alex Schechter, owner of Burrwood Veterinary Clinic in Royal Oak, who shared some tips with WWJ's Beth Fisher. He says Halloween is probably the most anxious day of the year for both dogs cats, second only to the 4th of July.
