The energy for this week centers on the
It's super important that we manage any emotional fantasy that might pop up trying to thwart us from staying peaceful inside.
Collectively, we are outgrowing the old drama.
There is no point to getting agitated without addressing the agitation with the person/situation.
To ruminate over things and get riled up alone is only robbing you of your peace... and often we do so unconsciously to feel the brain chemicals that get released.
I have done this a lot in my life!
But manufacturing emotional releases isn't the same as actually feeling our feelings... it's a shady version that we all learned from watching the media. Yes, it relieves some stress- but it adds more along the way.
Truly feeling our feelings in real time is much faster and doesn't leave the same mental residue as drama.
The invitation this week is to monitor how often you slip into drama, fantasy, he said/she said, and just notice what response it elicits within you. Do you get something from this experience? Like a dopamine hit of feeling better than? Or a serotonin hit of feeling love for a crush? Just notice how it hits your mind/body/heART and Soul and decide if that's how you want to get these sensations...
Maybe you would prefer something a bit more sustainable and irl?
