This Dark Moon in Leo ushers us into a brand new lunar cycle and hits us right smack dab between the two most epic of Super Moons here in this fantastical moonth of August!

If you've been tracking my videos, you know this moonth is all about SHINE!

​

Getting visible, being seen in your power, gifts and mastery and using this time to gather momentum and focus towards a potent goal or desire.

​

August has been and continues to be an intense lil package bookended by these bright beacons of Super Moon charge...and here in the midpoint we are asked to pause, reassess course and make appropriate strategy tweaks with a clear consideration for our relationships.

The Sun

I adore that we received The Sun here in Leo Dark Moon time (my card features a gorgeous Lion's head in the sky)

This is exactly the medicine needed to balance the lunar intensity...its time to bring all the inner work forward, out into the daylight and show our people who we are!

​

So even though we are mid-moonth by the standard calendar, this time is actually a brand new moonth in the lunar way of living. ​ The Lunar Life is the way of the Priestess, the Empress, the Queen...the woman who knows the power of the womb, pùssy and moon blood. ​ It can take a spell to mentally reorient to this way of tracking time but trust me, it is so worth the work!

​

So we are gifted this opportunity to begin this new moonth with electric power, to take the inspirations we've received the last two weeks and truly craft our next steps towards the dream seed instilled within us.

​

To reacquaint ourselves with a more sustainable and steady lunar rhythm...by getting more honest about the unnatural rhythm of time that we have been sold.

​

To get just a lil bit more free by taking our energy back and using it to follow what fascinates us.

​

Full Moon Message!

We are in for a POTENT week my dears so buckle up!

Three of Swords 

AND

Three of Cups

The Three's are notorious for bringing movement, energy shifts and fresh perspective while also often being quite uncomfortable!

What I appreciate about this pair is how they can support us this week in processing old trauma, digesting past drama and in general clearing out the channel so we have a wider perspective on our life!

Three of Swords is the gateway to old pain that still resides in our tissues...if memories arise this week, let them!  Give as much room as you can to the stuck energy so it can finally breathe and flow...

Which is where the Three of Cups comes into play!

This card reminds us to let the emotions (the Energy in Motion) flow as they come and to remember it is so much easier when we stop resisting.

Babies and toddlers are the best teachers of this!  

When the discomfort arrives, feel it!  Express it in some fashion and get it out of the body... and then move on!

It really can be simple if we allow ourselves the simplicity of being a human animal.

This week we have some potent energy being digested with the help of the Seven of Wands.

This card supports us in mentally digesting the chaos of the world and walking with our head high despite it all.

What story am I telling myself about the chaotic bits in my life?  Is it wholly true?

In particular we might be processing chaos in our intimate relationships this week so make sure to take exquisite care of yourself, find your clear Holy Boundaries™ and apply them as needed while also regulating yourself and making sure your responses are in proper measure to the discomfort or disagreement- it's so silly how we humans can make our fights and such so much more dramatic when we engage in them while sleepy, hungry or stressed out.

This is also your message from Great Mystery - if meditation is not one of your practices, this would be an excellent week to try adding it in!

The emotional and energetic landscape for us all...

The High Priestess

This archetype is so profound in her wisdom and clean, clear, Holy Boundaries™

She holds us to the High Standards of self respect, courage and INteGRITy.

She reminds us that we have so much wisdom in our body from our Ancestors and the grace of our instinctual intuition.

This is an excellent time to review our life and some behaviours that maybe we are taking for granted as "normal" but that actually are not in alignment with our values.

Reviewing relationships for respect, reciprocity, and a sensation of feeling lit up through the connection... and having the awkward conversations to rectify any issues discovered.

I mean if we aren't here to hold each other accountable (gently) to our own greatness, then what is the point of relating?

Let's pick ourselves and each other up!

Reviewing our commitments, our projects, our self care - pick a topic and take a look at what you are giving, receiving, and learning from that area of your life.

it always blows my mind the way these cards are so on point with what is occurring in the Collective...

We pulled The Chariot... which happens to be the card for 2023!

So this week (and moonth) is all about preparing ourselves for the Initiation that is 2023.

The energy of this upcoming year is off the hook - Saturn and Pluto have some mischief and wisdom coming our way.  That is we are all going to be investigating themes of death, time, organization, structure, and commitment.

It is such a magical year!  A year that will be enhanced magically by your devotion to what is...

And if you don't like what is...you are going to be loudly invited to change it!

It is TIME to clean those closets and garages.

It is TIME to balance the bank accounts and get a handle on investments, retirement, and most importantly making the savings accounts for FUN!

It is TIME to create the pathways for these things if you do not yet have them.

It is TIME to love yourself by renegotiating intimacy in your relationships.

And it is TIME to let the relationships, habits, and patterns die that do not support you in finding stability, rhythm, and loving foundational practices.

Death and structure are not inherently bad things...they can be used appropriately as a way of Initiation in our lives.

This is the attitude to have in 2023...otherwise, it will feel like a year full of resistance and loss of freedom.
