This might sound fluffy, but speaking from my own experience... I can tell you that this is nothing short of the truth. Let's discover this wild way together, unearth it's unconventional and deeply wise layers to guide us in the direction we are meant to follow. No matter where or who you are, wildness is not only around you but within. I share a little story about a visit from a surprise guest in my home and what he taught me about the presence of MY inner wild. The voice is our instrument of truth. It hasn't always been easy for me to use (and is still quite the challenge) but I've learned that sometimes our greatest challenges can ALSO double as our greatest strengths. It often seems that we go about our everyday lives, unconsciously leading our limbs into the "next best place". At least, that was the case for me for a very verrrry long time. But, what if we consciously invested in the piggy bank of trust within our ourselves, surrendered to this inexplainable knowing and allowed our empowering 6th sense to guide the way? From what I've discovered thus far on the road, I can tell you that we would be flabbergasted by what consistently comes as a result (and this relates to any aspect of our lives-- mine just happens to be on the road right now). And yes, I said flabbergasted. It seems to be the best word that I can use to unearth the true fruits of exercising our powerful inner trust muscle and wholeheartedly embracing our intuitive compass. Trust me when I say to trust you and... then to be vulnerable and open to the magic meets you on the other side. I dive into a few reflections and intentions that I set for myself on the road, as a solo female camper, traveler and seeker searching for "answers" after admittedly losing myself over the past several months. What does Adventure mean to you? How does it make you FEEL in your body? In your mind? In your soul? Hop on this next adventure with me as I unfold the inward and outward discoveries, lessons, downfalls, and so much more. I can't wait to see what comes of it and to take you wild souls alongside me, as my trusty passengers. This is the beginning of a new journey for me and all of us on this planet. Let's trust the inner knowing and follow the potent inner nudges because, regardless of the chaos that surrounds us, the windy roadmap within shall always show us the way. 

What is "self-love" to you? Honestly, I believe it's not always discussed as transparently as it could be. The chapters, complex layers and abstractions that comprise this remarkable concept go so so deep. The true art of "loving yourself" is an ongoing and perpetual cycle that tells us so much about our existence and our own, unique story. Are we willing to dive deep and peel away the layers of our truth? Perhaps taking the time to gaze at your Self in the mirror is the best place to start. This journey has been one of my greatest internal battles to date but has also been an open avenue for tremendous transformation. I look forward to embarking on this path through self-love with you (although this ONLY just scratches the surface).

What does our persistent and sometimes sneaky self-doubt try to tell us? Why is it like a slinky? What the heck do I mean by this? 

Well to start, like a slinky, our friend "self-doubt" has the potential to take on a mind of its own, it can push ahead with only the subtlest of acknowledgements and can indeed take many shapes, sizes and speeds. We all have these moments of self doubt, and I share my current perspective on the volatility that underlies this spiral of emotion. A little letter I wrote to myself a few months ago, amidst this unprecedented whirlwind of a time, that I wanted to share with you on your own unique journey-- wherever you may be or whatever you may be feeling.
