The Galatians are reminded of the difference between the Law and Grace by likening them to the children of Abraham. One was born by a slave, the other through the promise of God, a free woman. The child of the slave woman will never share in the inheritance. They can be saved through grace, therefore, do not let themselves be brought back under the law which can never save them.
