Scrumpy:  Scrumpy is a type of cider originating in the West of England, particularly the West Country. Traditionally, the dialect term "scrumpy" was used to refer to what was otherwise called "rough", a harsh cider made from unselected apples.

Alicia recounts a dream Byron inspired.  She & Byron agree your "shadow self" is crucial & should be integrated into yourself, not gotten rid of, (because that's where your power is).  They go on to discuss grief as a universal emotion that should be acknowledged and addressed, regardless of the source or intensity. We hear about Byron's latest adventures on the road & Alicia's funny dream abnout Byron's art of turning a phrase..There's alot packed into this episode..are you caffeinated enough for it?

Pssst....The gals want to know if you've ever heard voices calling your name in a crowd or as you're falling asleep?  Have you ever experienced hearing a knock at the door but noone is there?  How did it make you feel?
