We hear about Byron's latest adventures on the road & Alicia's funny dream abnout Byron's art of turning a phrase..There's alot packed into this episode..are you caffienated enough for it?

After finishing her story as promised last week, Byron soon declares that it feels like Alice in Wonderland right now--everything is "still odd & unexpected". Alicia tries to join the conversation but keeps glancing out the window at the beautiful day. The yellows seem so bright!
We hear some more about Byron'g upcoming schedule while Alicia surfs the web for info about the Mother Grove Goddess Temple. Then it's time for the long Appalachian goodbye & they finally start to talk a little bit about food. About time!

Byron's in the "packing zone", getting ready for the her next trip to Maryland for the Sacred Space Conference;
She's heading up to Maryland for Sacred Space & is looking forward to teaching some of her classes: Willful Bane -The Joy of Hex, Practical Ancestor Work, The Season of Endarkenment; Deepening the Harvest Cycle, Herbalism, & a new one; "Grief Like a River". They somehow resist the temptation to talk about death & instead remarked on the changing world.
Joanne Fabrics & their impending bankruptcy triggered an entire line of thought for Byron & they go down that rabbithole for a while. Alicia wonders if Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos are human.
The episode ends with Byron "fixin" to tell a story*...

Byron regales us with a call from WCU where she's presenting "A Witch in the Woods. The unsurprising rise of dark culture in Appalachia". Alicia announces that she has no news.....except her identity has been compromised (thank you HCA!) & now she has no eBay ID and has found her digital artwork for sale on 2 sites so far. Geez!
Along the way they tell a few quick stories and we find out Alicia used to "have a thing" for bad art. What??

It's a pretty quick episode with no real triggers that we know of. We hope you enjoy!
