It Ain't Gonna Hurt You...

The gals set off on a vocal jaunt that takes them all the way from bugs in food to violence on tv, Asheville freak shows. bigfoot & more.  They both behaved (What?) for this episode, there was nothing too graphic, unless you think bugs in food is too much.

We hope you enjoy!

Wyrd Mountain Gals

The "fragile blossom of Southern womanhood" aka Byron, has been twisting her behind & twerking to Earth Wind & Fire.  Alicia finds a photo for her obituary. Discussion topics include,  pillowcase embroidery, finding community on the porch, & how humans will be judged in 20000 years.  Byron knitted throughout the recording (she's getting ready for Yule).  They talk about their next roadtrip & the first Wyrdling live chat coming this Tuesday.  We find out that Alicia & the Manions are finally getting their band back together after 10+ years for a one night only trip to funland.

We greatly appreciate your interactions with us, comments, suggestions, shares, & the excellent casserole recipes!

La Dolce Vita - The Wyrd Mountain Gals Show

The gals get together & discuss their "1st annual WMG roadtrip" & the wonderful/tacky things for sale there. They both noticed that the vibe changed when they reached the Reservation.  They discuss traffic tickets, pie recipes, cruising Patton Avenue, "chiefin", the state of local music since covid, & their upcoming schedules.  Byron has decided to live "la dolce vita" & shares 3 pieces of good news.  We hope you enjoy this episode.

Where Is Freddie Mercury When You Need Him?

Alicia has a problem with AI art. She thins we're at a dangerous place to be.  They talk a bit about virtual reality, good ways to die, and the like.  You know, the usual stuff you talk about when you're sitting on the porch. We get Byron's cobbler recipe and advice for peeling peaches before it's over and.....SQUIRREL!

*TRIGGER WARNING - We tend to talk alot about death, and this episode is no exception.
