X CHURCH with Tim Moore

What are you insecure about?

Insecurities. We all have them. We just have to make sure they don’t have us. After all, what if insecurity is a bigger deal than we think? What if it keeps us small and hinders us from the big, expansive, joyful life God has in store?

What if insecurity is actually linked to something darker than we realize? And what if the solution is something unexpected?

God wants us to trade in insecurity for something higher, something better. In this week’s Kings and Queens message, Pastor Russ takes us through the journey of King Saul and walks us through how to live a better life.

What if I’m a king?

We’re all kings and queens. In this new series, we learn from the good and bad leaders of the Old Testament in order to live the best kind of lives and futures.

What was special about David? Do I have an anointing and assignment like him?

And what do I do when I feel like I’m in a waiting room? What are the mistakes to avoid and steps to take to make sure I don’t short-circuit God’s best for me?

Do you need a miracle?

How long has it been since you’ve experienced the supernatural? How long since you’ve seen God do the unexplainable? How long - here’s the question - since you’ve stepped out in faith that would REQUIRE a miracle.

Miracles only happen on the water. What if the wind we’re experiencing - the troubles, the trial, the pain - are only meant to build our faith and prepare us for the miraculous.

Find out what to do with the wind and the waves and how to find Jesus in the middle of it all.

Are you coasting or living?

Many of us aren’t moving backwards, but we’re also not moving forward. Not moving forward towards our calling, our purpose, our future.

Is it possible to stay camping when we should be advancing? It’s so easy isn’t it, to begin to live in neutral.

In this week’s message, we become disturbed in the best possible way. Disturbed not to waste our lives in complacency. Disturbed enough to take steps toward’s God’s mind-blowing future we’re all invited to step into.

What if you’re one encounter away from your life being changed forever?

It’s one thing to be around church and Jesus. It’s another thing to have an encounter with God. But just like Moses at the burning bush, it’s from our ENCOUNTERS that we receive our ASSIGNMENTS.

So what does this look like? Could there be a greater purpose for our lives than we’ve imagined? And what do we do with all our past shame, hang ups and insecurities?

This message will bring a fiery clarity and courage straight to your soul.

What if there’s more to life than you ever imagined?

We all grow up with dreams so big they fill us with wonder and excitement. Somewhere along the way, life happens. We begin to settle DOWN and before long we begin to settle for LESS.

Our safe, sanitized view of faith hasn’t helped. For so long, faith has been framed as a set of beliefs we agree with.

What if life - and faith - was meant to be so much more? What if we we were never meant to stay in the safety of our boats, holding on to the comfort of our safety nets? What if we are all called to take a step onto the water towards Jesus and towards a life of adventure, sacrifice and meaning?

In this first paradigm-shifting message based off Pastor Tim’s upcoming new book, Scary Faith, we are invited onto the waters of true faith and life.

Jesus came for the one.

We tend to think Jesus came for those who already believe. Those with tidy, neat faith who never doubt. Because of that, we wear our Sunday smiles, tuck our doubts and struggles inside, and refuse to let anyone know what we wrestle with.

It’s a good thing Thomas was honest about his doubts. And it might be true that Thomas has gotten a bad rap.

What if doubt is where God meets us? What if it’s even the first step towards faith? What if there’s more hope for us than we ever thought possible?

What if Jesus came for the doubters? What if He came for you?
