Spider-Girl goes…crime title?! As Spider-Girl moves non-stop towards Last Hero Standing, the MC2’s first major crossover event, things continue to heat up for the young webcrawler. Black Tarantula and Doc Ock have their sights on Spider-Girl (and kinda sorta Canis?) in Spider-Girl’s twelfth volume (0:00:00)! There’s even an appearance or two from JJ’s long-missing dad, Man-Wolf! Then, things get black suit CRAZY as Spider-Girl adopts a familiar look. May Day begins (and ends) her flirtation with darkness, moving into the black suit (of the non-symbiote variety) – and things finally come to ahead with Elan DeJunae, better known as Fury, the Spider-Goblin, aka Norman’s betrothed Goblin wife. She’s very busy. (1:12:45). Lastly, take a look at the first Spider-Girl story to appear outside of an MC2 title, in the pages of Spider-Man Family #1, introducing the potential ally or possible menace of Arana! All this and more from the new format of XI4P – we hope you survive the experience!

Spider-Girl grows up hard, goes arc-based, and the MC2 will never, ever be the same! After last episode’s first-ever Spider-Girl only look at the MC2 where Nico and TK saw the best and worst of Spider-Girl’s title, jump into the three best consecutive volumes of the MC2niverse yet. Allison Mongraine. Black Cat. Scarlet Spider. What do they all have in common? They’re all in this arc, running in parallel stories, forcing the Spider-Girl title we’ve known to transform into her next form. Then the team takes a look at the only issue of Spider-Girl so far not to be written by Tom DeFalco, which does not receive highest marks, despite Nico’s memories to the contrary from his youth in Spider-Girl volume 9. (0:00:00) Spider-Girl enters the Season Of The Serpent, a major six-part arc turning the world of Spider-Girl upside down and inside out – simultaneously changing the title to match the evolving comics medium while bringing back plots from literally 50 issues earlier (the second episode of MC2, XI4P 331). Seth presents the first truly compelling, difficult to defeat villain for Spider-Girl in sometime in volume 10. (1:02:00) Lastly, Spider-Girl continues her arc-based storytelling with Marked For Death, volume 11 of her solo title, bringing what must be a dozen storylines from her first 5 years to a conclusion, seemingly writing out no less than 3 major characters. With only one more Spider-Girl solo episode to go, the MC2 universe is in for some huge change. (1:44:00) All this and more from the new format of XI4P – we hope you survive the experience!

It’s the final multi-title episode of the MC2 universe…for now! After last episode’s team least-fav Fantastic Five and team fav Wild Thing matched with more Spider-Girl, this episode delivers the same format but to a much greater degree of success. First up, Spider-Girl delivers a double dose of strong volumes. Starting with volume 4, Spider-Girl sees a Wizard one-half special edition (yeah, the 90s, man), then faces off against Raptor, Green Goblin, and even teams up with her Dad!? (0:00:00) Then, join Spider-Girl for her first major title anniversary – 25, the powerless anniversary?! May Day loses her abilities in a story that will define multiple volumes but also meets Dragonfist, Nancy Lu, and we meet Reilly Tyne – a mysterious new figure in the MC2. (1:16:30) Then, join the team as they examine the final two side titles in the MC for almost 5 full years! The Buzz sees the eponymous team favorite cool guy - from his origin to a huge adventure (and a buncha gay overtones) – and propels the hero into a major new position in the MC2! (1:47:45) Then in what is perhaps the strangest, most complicated and convoluted yet compelling and emotionally engaging MC2 story ever, the origin of Darkdevil is made…sort of clear. Kinda. Nico and TK examine how the Darkdevil miniseries defines previously unclear situations, evolves the MC2 universe, and introduces EVEN MORE EFFING QUESTIONS. WHHHAAAT. All this and more from an all new XI4P:AU – we hope you survive the experience!
