「"For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.」　Amen.

  Jesus began to speak before a large crowd.

This is the scene of the Sermon on the Mount. The Law was important to the Jews. No one keeps the Law perfectly. Even if they did keep it, there would be no salvation. Believing in the gospel and turning to God is the way of salvation. But Jesus did not say that the law is not necessary.

May we know His will today.

【マタ5:18／新改訳2017】

『まことに、あなたがたに言います。天地が消え去るまで、律法の一点一画も決して消え去ることはありません。すべてが実現します。』

　イエス様は、大勢の群衆を前にして話し始められました。いわゆる山上の垂訓の場面です。ユダヤ人にとって、律法は大切なものです。この律法を完全に守れる人は誰もいません。守ったとしても、そこに救いはありません。福音を信じ、神に立ち返ることが救いの道なのです。だからと言って、律法が必要ではないかというとそうではないという話をイエス様はされたのです。

　今日も、主のみ心を知ることができますように・・・。

 「Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth,Before the difficult days come,And the years draw near when you say,"I have no pleasure in them":」　Amen.

  For 30 years until I met Jesus, I was completely of this world. I had never read the Bible, never been to church, never met a good person, and just lived in a world of self-loathing. If I had never met Jesus, I shudder to think what it would have been like. I wish I had met Him sooner, but God is the best. Everything in my life is for the best.

May we give thanks to the Lord today.

【伝12:1／新改訳2017】

『あなたの若い日に、あなたの創造者を覚えよ。わざわいの日が来ないうちに、また「何の喜びもない」と言う年月が近づく前に。』

　イエス様に出会うまでの３０年間は、全くのこの世の人でした。聖書も読んだことなく、教会にも行ったこともなく、良き人との出会いもなく、ただただ自己嫌悪の世界で生きていました。そのまま、イエス様に出会わなかったとしたら、想像しただけでゾッとします。もっと早く出会っていればという気持ちもありますが、神様は最善のお方です。私の人生すべてが最善なのです。

　今日も、主に感謝できますように・・・。

 「The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven.」　

　Amen.

　The first man is Adam, and the second man is Jesus. We human beings were made of clay, and through our noses God breathed into us the breath of His life, and we became a living being. We have the form of those made of clay, but we also have the form of those in heaven.

　May we be immersed in God's grace today as well.

『第一の人は地から出て、土で造られた人ですが、第二の人は天から出た方です。』

　第一の人は、アダムのことであり、第二の人とは、イエス様のことなのです。私たち人間は、土で造られ、鼻から神様のいのちの息を吹き込まれて、生きる者となったのです。私たちは、土で造られた者の形を持っていると同時に、天上の形をも持っているのです。

　今日も、神様の恵みに浸ることができますように・・・。

 「For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.」  Amen.

　Truth is something that does not change no matter the times, no matter the people, no matter the environment. The fact that Jesus came to this world as a man even though He is God, that He was crucified as a substitute to atone for our sins, and that He resurrected after conquering death are the very truths. The apostle Paul wrote this in his letter to the Corinthians in the hope that they would grow.

　May the Lord's will be my will today.

『私たちは、真理に逆らっては何もすることができませんが、真理のためならできます。』

　真理は、時代が変ろうと、人が変わろうと、環境が変わろうと変わらないものです。イエス様が神様なのに人となって、この世に来られたこと、私たちの罪を贖う為に身代わりとなって十字架に架けられたこと、死に打ち勝って復活されたこと、これこそがまさしく真理なのです。使徒パウロは、コリントの人々の成長を願って、このことを手紙にしたためたのです。

　今日も、主の心が我が心となりますように・・・。

【使20:35 ／新改訳2017】

『このように労苦して、弱い者を助けなければならないこと、また、主イエスご自身が『受けるよりも与えるほうが幸いである』と言われたみことばを、覚えているべきだということを、私はあらゆることを通してあなたがたに示してきたのです。」』　

お祈りをいたします。

愛する天のお父様み名を崇め感謝します。その目の涙を拭い取ってくださる神が、先に送った私たちの家族の目の涙も拭い取ってくださり、もはや死はない。そこにもう罪はない。苦しまなくて良い。罪を犯さなくて良い。主の完全な許しの中を、慰めの中を、生きることが出来るようにと、

私たちに計画を持っておられる神の、その人生を私たちはまっすぐに歩んで行きたいと思います。

この礼拝に集われているお一人おひとりの目の涙も今、拭ってください。涙を知っておられる神が、 泣くことを知っておられる神が、泣いて良いと、何度泣いても、私がその目の涙を拭うからと 言ってくださる神様の前で安心して、寂しいと、私たちの心の思いを主に知っていただきたい。神様、どうぞあなたが、私たち自身を、天に迎えてくださるその日に至るまでしっかり涙をし、しっかり祈り、イエス様から目を離さずに、歩んで行くことができますように。新しい天と新しい地を見る、 その日に至るまで、主が私たちを守り、支え、確かに私たちを あなたの救いの中を生かしめてくださいますように、感謝をし、この召天者記念礼拝に 心からのあなたへの感謝を捧げ、主イエス・キリストの御名によってお祈りをいたします。 アーメン。

「He who scatters has come up before your face.Man the fort!Watch the road!Strengthen your flanks!Fortify your power mightily.」　Amen.

  This is a prophecy of judgment against Nineveh. He was taken to Assyria, the capital of Assyria, in 722 BC, when northern Israel was destroyed by Assyria and taken into captivity. Then, in 612 BC, Assyria was destroyed by Babylon. The prophet Nahum tells us what happened at that time.

May we walk with the Lord today.
