『あなたの子孫によって、地のすべての国々は祝福を受けるようになる。あなたが、わたしの声に聞き従ったからである。』　（創22:18）【新改訳2017】

　アブラハムは、神様の声を聞き、従いました。そして、行動を起こしました。それを見て、神様は、祝福を与えたのです。それは壮大な祝福でした。アブラハムの子孫は、この時点で、ひとり子イサクしかいませんでした。それが、空の星、海辺の砂のように増やすと約束するのです。そして、その子孫によって全世界が祝福を受けるという約束なのです。

　今日も、主のご計画に触れることができますように・・・。

『見なさい。耐え忍んだ人たちは幸いだと私たちは思います。あなたがたはヨブの忍耐のことを聞き、主によるその結末を知っています。主は慈愛に富み、あわれみに満ちておられます。』　（ヤコブ5:11）【新改訳2017】

　ヨブは、全財産を一瞬のうちに失い、妻からは呪いの言葉をかけられ、友人たちからは非難され、自らは病気になってしまいました。それでも、耐え忍んだ結果、真の神様に出会い、心から悔い改めると、今までの二倍の祝福を与えられたのです。

　今日も、主にあって耐える力が与えられますように・・・。

 「Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord-that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.」Amen.

  Job lost all his fortune in an instant, was cursed by his wife, criticized by his friends, and became ill. Still, he met the true God as a result of enduring, and he was given twice as many blessings as before when he repented from the bottom of his heart.

May the Lord give us the strength to endure today as well.

 「Come, behold the works of the Lord,Who has made desolations in the earth.」　Amen.　

　There was no river in Jerusalem. But God, who supported people's lives, was there. Jerusalem was about to fall. At that time, they were told, “Come, See,” This means that they must see God with the eyes of faith that benefits everything, rather than seeing the pictures of the fall in front of them.

『私たちに不利な、様々な規定で私たちを責め立てている債務証書を無効にし、それを十字架に釘付けにして取り除いてくださいました。』

　律法には６１３の規定があります。それを守るのは人間には無理な話です。しかし、時には、守れないことによる罪の償いの要求を押し付けられる場合があります。イエス様は、そんな一切合切の債務証書を無効にしたのです。自らが十字架に架かることによって、すべての罪から贖いだしてくださったのです。

　今日も、主の十字架の愛に触れることができますように・・・。

『来て見よ。【主】のみわざを。主は地で恐るべきことをなされた。』　（詩46:8）【新改訳2017】

  エルサレムには、川がなかった。でも、人々の生活を支える神がいた。しかし、今、そのエルサレムは、陥落しようとしている。その時に、「来て、見よ」と言われるのです。それは、目の前の陥落の図ではなく、すべてを益としてくださる神を信仰の目を持って見なさいということなのです。

　今日も、主に依り頼むことができますように・・・。

 「having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.」   Amen.

　There are 613 commandments in the Law. It is impossible for humans to follow them. But sometimes, by not keeping our sins, we are forced to demand atonement for our sins. Jesus invalidated all such debt certificates. He redeemed us from all our sins by crucifying himself.

　May you touch the love of the Lord's cross today as well.

　永遠の命は、イエス様を信じた瞬間からすでに私たちの中に備えられており、疑うことなき事実なのです。だから、疑心暗鬼になる必要もなければ、誰に何と言われようとも、ぶれる事もないのです。それを与えて下さったのは、神様であり、絶対的な保証付きなのです。

　今日も、主と共に歩む一日となりますように・・・。

 「He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.」  Amen.

  There is no doubt that Eternal life was already in us from the moment we believed in Jesus. So we should not consider that with suspicion, and no matter what anyone says, we won't be shaken. It was God who gave it to us, and has been absolutely guaranteed.

　ヨブ記は、全てを失ったヨブと三人の友人、それにエリフという若者が登場して、論争を繰り返します。論争を繰り返していたのは、ヨブと三人の友人たちで、32章で初めて、突然、エリフが登場するのです。彼は、最初からいたのですが、黙って聞くだけで発言しませんでした。でも、怒りに燃えて発言し始めるのです。病気が悔い改めの機会となること、また、新たな神への信仰へと、導くことを示唆するのです。

　今日も、主の御前で従順になれますように・・・。
