S3 E12 XL Tribesmen Presents Yoga With Jarelle

This meeting of Jarelle Wilson was right on time. I have been on a health and wellness journey and yoga presented itself as an option for me because I am I just don’t wanna work out and shit.

I don’t wanna be in the gym lifting weights and I won’t be on the treadmill running I don’t want to be on the elliptical I don’t wanna do squats I don’t want to do that shit so in honor of not wanting to do any of that shit I was like well let’s try to find other forms of exercise that I can stretch become more limber and eventually become stronger because really what I want become stronger.

You know In case a ish try something, I’m kidding I’m kidding I’m kidding kidding I’m kidding but I’m not. I was like a big guy that does yoga I have to interview him so of course I reached out to him and he was like yes I’m down. I was so excited that I’m so I invited him onto the show that following week. The episode your listening to we recorded about that last week which I’m super excited about and I hope you all enjoy.

It’s interesting I’m editing the podcast for one of the other productions that I’ve run Holy Smokes and on this podcast they had named are one of the host the blueprint.  I’m gonna call that alignment because the title of today’s podcast is the blueprint starts with me.

Its so true this category of fashion is very new for plus size men’s fashion. Its maybe about six or seven years old him and so far there’s only two of us in this space there’s a me and there’s Chubstr and between the two of us we are trailblazing as fast as we can. 

Understanding that the blueprint starts with me means that honestly failing is just not an option.  I need for when the next big and tall brand decides to start a platform that he/she can take off to the moon a lot fast than we did.

On this weeks XL Tribesmen  Podcast I have none other than Lonzo or big Zoe as he wants to be called on the podcast today.

In this week's episode of the XL Tribesmen podcast, I got an opportunity to interview Eric "Polymath" Wallace. We really talked about what a polymath is because I don’t even know.
