This week we have a special guest cohost, Kate’s lifelong friend, the gorgeous and glorious Dayna Myos! They’ve been friends since childhood and lived together in college, so stories. Dayna is filling in for Jenn while she recovers from strep throat. GWS JENN! Dayna is a tennis player and tall glass of water as well as single and looking for just the right gentleman. Fellas. Dayna just finished a 14-day detox after a spring of travel and some indulgence. She’s on a longer wellness journey as well, tuning into food sensitivities and trying new workouts and working with a personal trainer. Being an avid tennis player, we talk through the traditions of Wimbledon and how conveniently it falls on American Independence Day, making Dayna, who intensely dislikes fireworks, realize she’ll travel to see it live next year over the holiday. CONVENIENT. Speaking of travel, we talk through the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying cars as we are both in the market.
