In episode 31, Jenn rejoins Kate and the land of the living to chat about the CrossFit Level 1 training over the weekend and Kate shares thoughts about her first couple of weeks at Solcana CrossFit. GYM BUDDIES! And, of course things take a turn when the gals introduce “dick strep” to the world. It may not yet be a real medical condition but Jenn’s convinced it should be. You’ll have to listen to understand why. As always, Kate has great recommendations on choosing a doctor and complementary care (just adopt Jenn as your adult child, please).
