Our ghosting episode was one our most popular yet and the New York Times did a whole article just on reactions to their original article. Minds are changed. Hearts: still broken. There’s a lot happening with Kate’s body, brain and calendar, so we dive into the art of letting things go that aren’t working anymore to make room for things you do. Consensus is there’s still work to be done in this arena. We subscribe to the camp of being able to say Fuck Yes to something and if you don’t, then you don’t.
