  • Why Your Manifestation Isn't Working Yet | Ep. 184
Episode description What if the reason your biggest goals feel difficult to create is that you are trying to manifest them from your head instead of from a regulated nervous system? In Episode 184 of the Expand podcast, we explore the connection between manifestation, nervous system regulation, intuition, and soul-level alignment. The host shares why creating from survival mode or ego can lead us toward goals that look impressive but do not truly feel right—and how pausing, healing, and creating a sense of safety can expand our capacity to receive what we genuinely desire. This episode also includes a personal story about an 18-month sabbatical, the creation of the Expand community, leaving hospital pharmacy to pursue a bigger calling, and an unexpected invitation to travel to India. Along the way, we unpack the difference between forcing a vision and allowing an aligned vision to unfold. If you have been asking, "What do I really want?" or feel called to create a more expansive life, this episode is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and let your next vision come from alignment—not pressure. In this episode, you'll learn •Why nervous system regulation can be an important first step before setting major goals or practicing manifestation. •How to tell the difference between a vision driven by ego, fear, or survival mode and one that feels deeply aligned. •Why your capacity to receive matters when you are calling new opportunities, relationships, and experiences into your life. •How an 18-month sabbatical helped clarify the host's true vision for Expand. •The story behind the creation of an energetically aligned community centered on mental health and human connection. •How surrendering control over timing can create space for unexpected opportunities. •What a possible India trip and a long-ago missed opportunity to meet the Dalai Lama reveal about intuition and timing. •How the host's journey from hospital pharmacist to teacher, healer, and wellness entrepreneur began with listening to an inner calling. •Simple grounding and regulation practices—including walking, meditation, breathwork, time in nature, and water—that can help you pause and reconnect with yourself. Key message Before you manifest, regulate. Create enough safety in your body to hear what you truly want, distinguish intuition from fear, and take action from alignment rather than urgency. • Introducing Xpand Capacity™ Reset: A 22-Day Nervous System & Identity Expansion | Ep. 180

Your nervous system is running the show — and if it's dysregulated, so is everything else. Your decisions. Your revenue. Your relationships. Your capacity to receive what you've worked so hard to build.

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the exact framework I use with 7, 8, and 9-figure founders to break through the invisible ceiling that no strategy, supplement, or success hack has been able to touch.

I'm walking you through the 5R Protocol — the five-step process at the heart of the 22-Day Xpand Capacity™ Reset:

Recognize — identify the dysregulation patterns sabotaging your decisions before you're even aware they're happening

Regulate — reset your nervous system out of survival mode so your prefrontal cortex can come back online

Release — clear the stored emotional charge, outdated identity, and somatic patterns keeping you stuck at your current ceiling

Rewire — use neuroplasticity to install new neural pathways aligned with the identity your next level requires

Receive — expand your capacity to actually hold — and keep — what you've been building toward

This isn't mindset work. This isn't therapy. This is nervous system science meets identity transformation, 22 minutes a day for 22 days.

If you've hit a ceiling you can't think your way through — this is what's on the other side.

  • Healing Beyond The Prescription: Intimate Interview With Dr. Samantha Harte | Ep. 179

One man in his 40s walks out of the hospital with more than 20 prescriptions and we can't stop thinking about what that says about modern healthcare. We sit down with Dr. Christine, a former hospital pharmacist who made a radical career pivot from dispensing meds to practicing holistic healing, functional medicine, and nervous system work. Together, we unpack the moment an identity breaks, the fear that follows, and the freedom that comes when you finally admit, "This isn't who I am anymore." We go deep on prevention and root cause healing: how stress, sleep, trauma, and trapped emotions can drive anxiety, gut issues, depression, chronic symptoms, and relapse cycles. We also name the part nobody wants to talk about in the wellness world: if your body doesn't feel safe, even the best tools can backfire. Trauma-informed support, co-regulation, and practical nervous system regulation come first, especially for people carrying microtrauma, complex trauma, codependency patterns, or perfectionism disguised as "being fine." Then the conversation turns personal. We share family stories of mental illness, grief, shame, self-abandonment, and what it takes to choose boundaries without closing your heart. Forgiveness shows up as a skill, not a slogan, including the life-changing practice of making amends to yourself. If you've been trying to heal inside a system that never taught you how to feel safe, you'll leave with language, perspective, and next steps you can actually use. If this resonates, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

  • Burnout to Capacity: How Overwhelm Costs High Performers Millions | Ep. 178

You're not lazy. You're not weak. You're dysregulated — and it's costing you more than you know.

In this episode, I sit down for a raw, unfiltered conversation about what burnout really is, why it lives in the body long before it shows up in your bank account, and why the highest-performing women I know are making their worst decisions from a place of complete nervous system collapse.

We go deep on functional freeze — what it looks like, why it's so easy to miss, and why so many high performers mistake it for discipline. We talk about how emotions don't just affect your mood — they show up in your body, drive your decisions, and over time, create disease.

And we end where all real transformation begins — with an invitation.

    In this episode:

    • What burnout actually is — and why thinking harder won't fix it
    • How a dysregulated nervous system hijacks your decision-making without you knowing
    • Functional freeze: what it looks like in high performers and why it's mistaken for productivity
    • The body-emotion connection — how unprocessed stress becomes physical disease
    • Why capacity expansion — not hustle — is the real path forward
    • The Xpand Xperience™ Bali Immersion and why I coach women before and after

This episode is for you if: You're high-achieving, overwhelmed, and making decisions you can't quite explain. You've done the work — therapy, mindset, strategy — and something still feels stuck. Your body is sending signals you've been trained to ignore.

It's not a motivation problem. It's a nervous system problem.

  • The Pivot: Unbecoming to Become my Billion-Dollar Identity™ | Ep. 177

Episode Title: The Pivot: Unbecoming to Become My Billion-Dollar Identity™

What does it actually cost to stop performing a life that was never yours?

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on the pivot — the real one. The one that didn't look like a strategy. It looked like surrender.

I share how I invested $650K into myself — not into a business, not into a brand — into the unbecoming. Into stripping away the identity that was keeping me stuck, safe, and small. I talk about what that actually meant, what I had to walk away from, and why I'd do it again without hesitation.

This episode also covers what I actually want — not what I was trained to want, not what looked impressive on paper — but the truth I had to get quiet enough to hear.

And I'm announcing the launch of the 22-Day Xpand Capacity™ Reset — the experience born directly from this journey. 22 minutes a day. 22 days. Three phases: Regulate. Decide. Become.

If you've ever felt like you were living someone else's life, this episode is for you.

    In this episode:

    • Why $650K was the most important investment I've ever made — and it had nothing to do with ROI
    • The difference between becoming someone new and unbecoming everything you were never meant to be
    • What I actually want — and how I finally gave myself permission to say it out loud
    • The launch of the 22-Day Xpand Capacity™ Reset and who it's for

  • Deciding While Drowning: What Overwhelm Does to Your Brain | Ep. 176

    Episode Description

Your brain literally goes offline when you're overwhelmed — and most people are making their biggest decisions from that state right now. In this episode, we break down exactly what happens to your brain and body when you're in overwhelm, why your decision-making gets hijacked, and what it actually takes to lead from a regulated, expansive state instead of a survival one.

    What You'll Learn

In this episode, we cover three things most high-performers have never been taught about their own nervous system:

The Neuroscience of Overwhelm — When stress floods your system with cortisol and adrenaline, blood flow to your prefrontal cortex literally decreases. That's the part of your brain responsible for rational thinking, perspective, and long-term decisions. You're not being dramatic when you can't think straight under pressure — you're running on your survival brain.

Your Body Knows Before Your Brain Does — Overwhelm doesn't start in your head. It starts in your chest, your shoulders, your breath. Most people blow past these signals and try to logic their way through decisions — which is like driving with one foot on the gas and one on the brake.

The Capacity Gap — When you're maxed out, your brain stops seeing creative solutions and collapses everything into binary choices: yes or no, now or never, fight or flee. This is the capacity gap — the space between what's being demanded of you and what your nervous system can actually hold. Expanding that gap before you decide is what separates reactive leaders from responsive ones.

    Key Takeaway

You can't think your way out of overwhelm. You have to regulate your way out — and that starts with understanding what's happening inside you before you make your next move.

  • Your Nervous System Is Deciding Your Life (Before You Do) | Ep. 175

    Welcome back to Xpand Capacity™

I want to start with something that might challenge the way you see yourself…

You think you're making decisions. You think you're choosing your next move. You think you're in control.

But the truth is… your nervous system has already decided before you even become aware of it.

Every reaction, every hesitation, every "gut feeling" you call intuition… a lot of it is actually your nervous system scanning for safety.

And it does this in milliseconds.

Before your mind can analyze, before you can apply strategy, before logic even enters the room… your body has already asked one question:

    "Is this safe?"

And based on that answer, it will either move you forward… or it will hold you back.

This is why so many high performers feel stuck.

It's not because they don't know what to do. It's not because they lack strategy.

It's because their nervous system doesn't feel safe executing at the level they say they want.

I see this all the time with my clients.

I've worked with founders who are scaling to multiple seven figures… on paper, everything looks successful.

But behind the scenes, they're procrastinating on the very decisions that would take them to the next level.

Hiring the right team. Raising their prices. Stepping into visibility.

And when we slow it down, it's never about the strategy.

    It's always something deeper.

I had one client who kept delaying a major expansion in her business. Every time we got close to making the decision, she would find a reason to pause.

More research. More time. More "perfect conditions."

But when we went deeper, what we uncovered was this:

Her nervous system associated growth with loss.

At an unconscious level, success didn't feel safe… because in her past, expansion came with burnout, pressure, and disconnection from her family.

So even though consciously she wanted more… her body was pulling her back to what felt familiar.

Not what was correct. What was familiar.

    And that's the key.

Your nervous system is not wired for success. It's wired for familiarity.

Another example I see often is in relationships and leadership.

I've worked with leaders who say they want calm, aligned teams… but the moment things get quiet, they feel uncomfortable.

    So what do they do?

They create urgency. They micromanage. They reintroduce chaos without even realizing it.

Because their nervous system is used to operating in stress.

Calm doesn't feel productive. Peace doesn't feel normal.

So they unconsciously recreate the very environment they say they want to escape.

This is why awareness alone is not enough.

You can read all the books. You can listen to all the podcasts. You can have the best strategy in the world.

But if your nervous system is dysregulated… it will override your intentions every single time.

This is where your real work begins.

Not just in what you think… but in what your body believes is safe.

Because your capacity to hold success, money, visibility, love… is directly tied to how safe your nervous system feels experiencing it.

And this is the shift I want you to start making.

Instead of asking: "What's the next strategy?"

Start asking: "Does my body feel safe holding what I'm asking for?"

Because if the answer is no… you won't sabotage consciously.

Your body will do it for you.

So the next time you find yourself hesitating… overthinking… pulling back right when things are about to expand…

    Pause.

    And ask yourself:

Is this really me making this decision… or is this my nervous system trying to protect me?

Because once you can separate the two…

That's when you start to take your power back.

That's when you stop reacting… and you start leading.

And that's when you truly begin to expand your capacity.
