Just one of those moment where I’m happily annoyed. Now the question becomes how is that annoyance being interpreted. Time to wake up the mind’s eye from its slumber.

This should be basic knowledge about leadership. Being a leader does not equate being a leader, one can just had a position in name only. Anyway, the main point of the matter is this: Leadership isn’t something you can teach
