This extra long chatty episode explores the single that never was...and possibly should have been? "When You Told Me..." has all the makings of a huge single yet never saw the light of day. However, you may surprised to discover this song has a huge second life online and is by far one of the top fan-favs off "Irresistible". While it's not one of my personal favs, I have to give respect where it's due.

When I say "Pop masterpiece" you say "IRRESISTIBLE"! This is one of my favorite songs of all time and I hope it's one of yours. It's an exciting time to be a Jessica fan in 2025 - she is releasing new music that is closer to her heart, but I hope she can look back on this epic pop song with love even though the pressure at this time to outdo her pop peers was on another level. Can't wait to take a deep dive on this song and album AND era!

Parting is such sweet sorrow, but here we are - the last track of the standard "Moodring" album. On this episode, I express my conflicting feelings on this final song on our grand send off. It's a cover but not a cover....but there are no traces to be found of the additional writers on this song?! I also look back and explore the many moods I've faced on this epic journey with Mýa as my soundtrack. This is an extra long and juicy episode for such a great y2k pop album!

Mya takes a moment to look back on her career - and so do I! It's crazy to think that by this point in 2003, Mya had been around since 1998. Although the song is an easy breezy pop song on first listen, it is a reminder to stop and take a moment to look back and also enjoy the present as much as possible....because it wil be gone before you know it.
