Finallyyy we talk about the liver cleanse! I've been advertising on this crazy cleanse quite a bit. It’s a 9 days program  that I did in order to heal my cystic acne and asked Alejandro, who is a nutritionist, and expert in detoxification to support me on my journey. Alejandros curiosity for food and nutrition began in the early ages, preparing food with and for his family in Paraguay. Later he worked on a Demeter farm and did various trainings in restaurants. In this process he realised that food is really a medicine that we put into our bodies and while he was working and traveling he discovered that the missing ingredients in the food creation process was intention, presence and care. Often meals carry the burdens of stress or tension as chefs are under enormous pressure. Alejandro wants to set an example with his work and is deeply attuned to create healthier bodies with proper fuel. This mission even extends to future parents, so he decided to create a program to welcome healthier babies by recognising the significance of a healthy body and optimal function for successful conception. Meaning, in this Podcast Episode we not only talk about the liver cleanse but also about him being a male doula for future parents. Meet Melissa Maya whom you maybe also know as “@wildlydevotional”. Melissa is an opinion leader in the feminine movement and in her own words loves "offering anything that brings women back into their queendom". Melissa went through many stages of life and in this episode we are getting a glimpse behind the world of a Reflector, of someone who went from being a dominatrix to now guiding women back into embodied leadership. Melissa Maya is a writer and artist who works as an embodied leadership and somatic intimacy coach. Bridging the gap between spirituality and applied science - her spaces are multidisciplinary and pull from both the tantric lineage of yoga, sound healing and philosophy whilst merging with modern neuroscience for experiences intended to empower people into their own embodied leadership. Originally from England, Melissa is based in Berlin. She offers 1:1 and couples mentorships, holds retreats and offers workshops throughout Europe.

Marcos has been doing rope bondage for more than five years. He developed his own conscious and quiet approach and characteristic face bondage. Creating safe spaces for people to trust and surrender, he opens the doors for people to explore their bodies in a different way. Exploring emotions and intentions in rope is one of his most interests. He taught in different queer spaces Tension (Montreal) Temple (New York) and Iridescent Studio (Amsterdam) At the moment Marcos offers regular classes and private sessions at his studio in Berlin.  Marcos was also initiated to Reiki 15 years ago. He became a Reiki Master four years ago. He understands that more connection with yourself is equal to more flow and lightness. His goal as a therapist is to link a spiritual practice into your daily life: How to breathe consciously without being in a meditation. How to feel your body. How to connect with not so pleasant emotions in order to release them. How to remain still in stressful situations. How to be true to yourself.

Danielle has been hosting naked events such as naked yoga and naked dinners since 2014, along with her work as a yoga instructor, birth and death doula. I personally never been to one of the NTP's but I've seen it growing from its first invitations to a beautiful naked community which celebrates and encourages acceptance, truth, diversity, and life in all of its forms. The NTP is hosted regularly in different locations, people simply get naked, dance to the dreamiest soundscapes and drink tea in a consensual playground of celebration and liberation. In this Episode we are talking about the celebration and normalisation of naked bodies in our society and hope to inspire maybe some of you to join one of the NTP's next events.
