Mr. Ernst has a great new idea to motivate his staff of apparently just four people--Employee of the Week! The "nice off" gets heated between Ted and Melody and that's about it. Jess and T discuss the merits of food fights and why our show is just as good as Zach Braff's show about Scrubs. It's basically the same aside from a few small differences.
