The lads are back, and this time we're sucking down a 'California Common'. The 'All-American' homebrew competition has just finished, and this particular beer did quite well. The lowest score it received was a 35, the highest score was a 40.5,  which for me, is pretty amazing. We talk about the recipe, the brewing process, and what I can do next time to improve the beer. We spoke about how he, and wife Kathrin founded Victor's Place, the renovation process, and the inspiration for undertaking such an immense project.

We spoke about Victor's Place's past, some of the challenges associated with running a combination brewery, and winery, as well as future plans for the venue.

We tried three amazing beers, and spoke about their flavour profiles, the inspiration for brewing these beers, and their food pairings.
